How do I update my HelloHealth Facility profile?
How do I Update my profile information?
Once you have a Facility account, you can update your HelloHealth profile information.
There are two ways to do this:
From the Menu
Step 1
From the menu, click on your profile picture which is above your name on the menu.
Step 2
This will take you to the Profile Settings where you will see all your personal information in sections.
Step 3
Click on the section you want to edit and make the changes.
Step 4
Click on ‘Save Changes’ to update the changes.
From the Top Navigation Bar
Step 1
On the top navigation bar, you will find the ‘Profile Settings’ icon on the top right of the screen.
Step 2
This will take you to the Profile Settings where you will see all your personal information in sections.
Step 3
Click on the section you want to edit and make the changes.
Step 4
Click on ‘Save Changes’ to update the changes.
How do I change my Password?
To change your Password, you will find ‘Change Password’ at the bottom of the menu. Once you click ‘Change Password’, you will be asked to enter your current Password and then enter your new Password and confirm.
To save the new Password, click ‘Save Changes’, and just like that you have a new Password.
You can now sign in using your new Password.
