How do I view my Patients on HelloHealth?

You can view your Patients on HelloHealth by clicking on ‘Patients’ on the menu.

This will take you to the Patients page and by default, all your patients will be shown in no particular order from here you can see and do the following:

  1. Filter patients by provider: Here you will only see patients from one or more providers.
  2. Filter patients by appointment: Here you will only see patients based on the different appointment filters which will be discussed further.
  3. Filter patients by patient information: Here you will only see patients that match with the patient information you have chosen.
  4. Filter patients by age group(s): Here you will only see patients based on the age group you have chosen.

Sometimes you might want to see your patients or patients from other providers within your facility. You can do this by using the “Add filter” drop-down at the top left corner of the screen.

Filter patients by patient information

  1. First Name
  2. Last Name

  6. PCREF Number

Whichever filter you pick to use for this search, they all follow the same steps which are as follows:

Step 1

Click on the “Add filter” drop-down at the top left corner of the screen.

Step 2

Select any of the filters (e.g. First Name).

Step 3

After selecting the filter, a ticked box will appear and in the same line next to the chosen filter, another drop-down box will appear.

Step 4

Click on the drop-down box and select “equals” and next to it, a search box will appear.

Step 5

When you click on the search box, you can enter the name of the patient or any information that matches the filter you have chosen to use to perform this search.

Step 6

Enter the chosen patient information and click on the blue “Apply” button just under the search box. From here you will see the patient that matches the patient information you have entered.
